These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the LoadSewa website and mobile application (collectively, “Platform”). By registering or using our services, you agree to comply with these terms.

1. Service Description

LoadSewa is a digital logistics platform connecting customers with drivers and vehicle owners for transportation services. LoadSewa acts solely as a facilitator and does not own vehicles or directly provide transport services.

2. User Registration

To use the Platform, users must register an account:

– Customers:  Full Name, Email, Phone Number, Password, and Citizenship document upload for verification.

– Drivers:  Full Name, Email, Phone Number, Password, Driving License, Vehicle Type, and Vehicle Number for verification.

Providing false or inaccurate information may result in account suspension or termination.

3. User Responsibilities

– Use the Platform lawfully and responsibly.

– Do not engage in fraudulent activities, spam, or misuse of the service.

– Keep your account login details confidential.

4. Driver and Vehicle Owner Responsibilities

– Ensure all documents (Driving License, Vehicle registration) are valid and accurate.

– Comply with all local transportation and traffic laws.

– Provide reliable services to customers.

5. Payments and Fees

– LoadSewa charges a 10% platform fee on every successful booking. This fee helps cover operational costs and maintain a secure, efficient platform, including 24/7 customer support and service reliability.

– All fees will be clearly communicated to users before confirming a booking. – LoadSewa is not responsible for disputes arising from offline payments unless explicitly stated.

6. Account Suspension or Termination

LoadSewa reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account that:

– Violates these Terms

– Provides false or fraudulent information

– Misuses the Platform

7. Privacy and Data Handling

– Personal data collected during registration will be handled according to our Privacy Policy.

– Users can request account deletion as described in our Account Deletion Policy.

8. Limitation of Liability

– LoadSewa is not liable for any delays, losses, damages, or disputes arising between users, drivers, and vehicle owners.

– The Platform serves only as a facilitator and intermediary.

9. Changes to Terms

– LoadSewa may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

10. Governing Law

– These Terms are governed by and interpreted according to the laws of Nepal.

11. Driver Benefits

Drivers who have been active on the LoadSewa platform for 20 years or more are eligible for special pension benefits. The eligibility and amount of the benefits will be determined by LoadSewa and communicated to qualifying drivers. This program is subject to change at the discretion of LoadSewa.
