delete their account and associated personal data at any time.
1. How to Request Account Deletion
Users can request deletion of their account by contacting our support team

When submitting a deletion request, users must provide their registered
email address or phone number for verification purposes. This ensures that
only the account owner can request deletion.
2. What Data Will Be Deleted
Upon verification, the following personal data associated with your account
will be permanently deleted:
– Full Name
– Email Address
– Phone Number
– Password
– Citizenship document (for Customers)
– Driving License and Vehicle details (for Drivers)
– Vehicle Type and Vehicle Number
– Any other personal data stored on our platform
3. Timeframe for Deletion
Once the request is verified, all personal data will be permanently deleted
within 7 working days , except where retention is required by law or for
legal compliance.
4. Important Notes
– Account deletion is permanent and cannot be reversed.
– Deleting your account will remove access to all platform services.
– Certain transaction or service records may be retained solely for legal
or compliance purposes.
